<p>Que tu negocio funcione sobre la plataforma de otro siempre es un tema delicado. No es bueno depender tanto de nadie, y menos si estamos hablando de Facebook.<br />
Por supuesto que Zynga, la compañía famosa por sus Farmville, Mafia Wars y demás, no iba a quedarse de brazos cruzados.<br />
El otro día entré por primera vez en meses en Farmville y aparte de una granja devastada me encontré con la opción de <strong>recibir las actualizaciones directamente por mail</strong>. Curioso, pensé, parece que quieren puentearlos...<br />
Hoy, leyendo  <strong>Inside Social Games<strong>, </strong><span style="font-weight: normal;">pude ver que no se trataba de algo casual: Zynga ha preparado una lotería, dando nuestro email &laquo;sortean&raquo;, con el típico rasca y gana, un regalo para alguno de sus 5 juegos más populares (en el caso de FronteirVille, todavía está en camino).<br />
El &laquo;sortean&raquo; entrecomillado no es casual, acabo de hacer la prueba y he obtenido el mismo resultado que Chris Morrison (el autor del post que referencio): una gran idea,  compran emails con regalos virtuales que sirven para fidelizar más a sus usuarios , disfrazado de sorteo, que da como más emoción. </span></strong></p>
<p><strong>No es el primer intento de Zynga de disminuir su independencia de Facebook</strong>, y seguramente no sea el último. Los Facebook Credits ya fueron en su día motivo de debate y aunque parece que de momento el uno necesita al otro, es difícil saber cómo evolucionará la relación.</p>
<p>Por un lado,  <strong>la facturación de Zynga es tan impresionante que hace al mercado de bienes virtuales realmente apetecible</strong>. Por otro, su gasto en Facebook Ads no hace probable que Mark los quiera fuera de su granja.</p>
<p>En cualquier caso, en Facebook hay muchos desarrolladores (de hecho, los grandes éxitos de Zynga son copia de otros juegos), pero sólo tenemos un Facebook.  <strong>¿Podría cambiar esto con Google Me?</strong></p>
<p>* Hace tiempo que me despedí de Farmville. Tras la estúpida euforia inicial, me di cuenta de que estar haciendo click 45 veces para abonar, labrar o lo que fuera el suelo, y luego otras 45 para plantar calabazas o berenjenas no era mi vocación en la vida.</p>

<p>No creo que el resultado de mi exposición sea una gran sorpresa para él ni para casi nadie que me conozca, pero allá vamos  <img src='http://www.ivanfanego.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_cool.gif' alt='8-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<li>Yo confieso que soy fan de... <strong>Google</strong>. Como no podía ser de otra forma encabeza mi lista. ¿Por qué? Porque lo uso a diario, ya sea por el buscador sin el que hoy Internet sería otra cosa muy distinta, o por el Reader (que con su aspecto sobrio me sigue resultando mucho más cómodo que <a href="http://www.netvibes.com/" target="_blank">Netvibes</a> o apaños como <a href="http://www.feedly.com/" target="_blank">Feedly</a>) o por el nunca bastante avalado <strong>Gmail</strong>. Por supuesto, soy usuario de <strong>Android</strong> con mi HTC Magic, que aunque me da algunos disgustos, me tiene bastante contento. Paso de seguir enumerando más servicios de Google, pero creo que quitando su servicio de blogging (donde me decanto por <strong>WordPress</strong>, <a href="http://ayudawordpress.com/wordpress-3-0-fuerza-a-escribir-bien-wordpress/" target="_blank">digo WordPress que si no Matt se enfada</a>) elijo en casi cualquier campo los servicios que ofrece Google. <strong>Sí, si pudiera usaría Orkut, pero como no hablo brasileño me contento con Facebook</strong>. Y creo que a <strong><a href="http://wave.google.com/" target="_blank">Wave</a></strong>, le queda mucho por recorrer. <strong>Buzz fue un desliz, alguien se equivocó dando al botón de </strong><em><strong>launching</strong></em><strong>.</strong></li>
<li>Yo confieso que soy fan de... <strong>Nintendo</strong>. Sí, la compañía que me regaló horas de entretenimiento en mi cada vez más lejana infancia con su <strong>NES</strong> (en mi caso, todo empezó con una <a href="http://img254.imageshack.us/i/nescloncon1mandobasicajc8.jpg/" target="_blank">NASA</a>) y <strong>Gameboy</strong> se merece un hueco aquí. <strong>No sólo por crear iconos legendarios como Mario o Link</strong> (y horteradas como Pokemon), sino por <strong>atreverse a cambiar las reglas con Nintendo DS y Wii</strong>. Creo que es un caso de estudio de lo más interesante. <strong>Ahora nos parece normal, pero en su momento Nintendo dio un giro que requiere una gran valentía y retomó el liderazgo</strong>: la Wii fue la primera consola con una potencia similar a la generación anterior, que situaba las mejoras en el control, aunque<a href="http://www.forodvd.com/tema/16723-Esto-no-lo-ha-copiado-nintendo?p=172315&amp;viewfull=1" target="_blank"> no fuera la primera en incluir detección de movimiento</a>, sí fue la que apostó de  forma radical por el cambio. <a href="http://www.crunchgear.com/2010/06/15/the-playstation-move-vs-the-xbox-kinect-may-the-best-motion-controller-win/" target="_blank">Y ahora todas le siguen</a>. Parece que con <strong><a href="http://www.vidaextra.com/hardware/nintendo-3ds" target="_blank">Nintendo 3DS</a> </strong>vuelve a liderar el cambio...</li>
<li>Yo confieso que soy fan de... <strong><a href="http://www.facebook.com/pages/MERCADONA/22761500778" target="_blank">Mercadona</a></strong>. Por conseguir que la marca blanca dejase de ser la segunda opción. Por alcanzar precios decentes en productos de calidad, con variedad (no de marcas, pero sí de productos), buen servicio y supermercados limpios y ordenados. Tener un <strong>Mercadona</strong> cerca de casa me facilita la vida. <strong>Es triste ver como cadenas como Supersol o El Árbol, siguen siendo más caras y más cutres en general. </strong></li>
</ol>
<p>Pues he cumplido. Me quedan grandes como <strong>Ikea</strong> (eliminada del tercer puesto en el último segundo), <strong>Spotify</strong>, <strong><a href="http://www.pandora.com/" target="_blank">Pandora</a></strong> (en su día me flipó), <strong>Apple</strong> (hacia la que siento amor-odio), <strong>Starbucks</strong> (que de caro nada, en un vaso de Starbucks te entran unos cuantos cafés de bar <em>normal</em>), pero en algún punto había que cortar.</p>

<p />  ¿Para qué puede valer un ladrillo?
<p />  Pues para demostrar que eres el mejor vendedor del mundo: vender humo  tiene mérito, pero ni la décima parte que vender un ladrillo.
<p />  Esta es la campaña que ha lanzado <a href="http://www.ogilvy.com/">OgilvyOne</a> para seleccionar al mejor vendedor del mundo a través de <a href="http://www.youtube.com/user/ogilvy">su canal en Youtube</a>. Hasta  lo han traducido a varios idiomas (<a href="http://www.youtube.com/ogilvyes">la traducción española no tiene  precio, por cierto</a>)
<p />  Por supuesto, también tienen su <a href="http://www.facebook.com/ogilvy">página  en Facebook</a> (con más de 9.500 fans), su <a href="http://twitter.com/Sell_Or_Else">cuenta de Twitter</a> y su grupo  en <a href="http://www.linkedin.com/groups?gid=2888806&amp;trk=myg_ugrp_ovr">Linkedin</a> (170 miembros).
<p />  De momento la campaña no está funcionando todo lo bien que se podría  esperar: 8 vídeos que han subido los usuarios y un número de  visualizaciones no demasiado elevado (no llega a 10.000 en el vídeo de  presentación).
<p />  Es, en cualquier caso una iniciativa original y con un gran potencial. Tenemos hasta el 16 de mayo para presentar propuestas, ¿se anima  alguien?
<p />  Los finalistas volarán a Cannes el 21 de junio, donde se celebrará la  votación final. El premio: 3 meses en OgilvyOne definiendo el futuro de  las ventas.</p>

<p>Gracias a <a href="http://www.interactivadigital.com/interactiva/noticias/quiero-profundizar-en-2/marketing-viral/el-colapso-de-la-publicidad-tradicional" target="_blank">Interactiva</a> llego a <em>The last Advertising Agency on Earth</em>, vídeo de la agencia canadiense <a href="Saatchi &amp; Saatchi" target="_blank">Saatchi &amp; Saatchi</a> en el que retratan un futuro <em>apocalíptico </em>en el que las agencias de publicidad han desaparecido.</p>
<p>Lo de <em>los que no se adaptan están condenados a desaparecer</em> lo están repitiendo tanto últimamente que empieza a cansar (a ver si algunos se aplican el cuento y evolucionan) y <em>el ahora la gente ve lo que quiere ver, y no lo que le obligan a ver </em>está ya también muy manido (sin que por eso deje de ser cierto), pero en este vídeo consiguen darle una brillante vuelta de tuerca a ambos conceptos y presentarnos algo nuevo, original e interesante.</p>
